What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 50 boxes. This applies to all orders, whether for weddings, corporate events, or celebrations. Pricing is tiered — the more boxes you order, the lower the per-box price.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We require a minimum of 14 days' notice from confirmation to delivery. This allows us to schedule production and source ingredients for your order. We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for peak wedding season dates — to avoid disappointment.

Can I place a rush order?

Rush orders are accepted when capacity allows. Rush fees apply to the total order value. Contact us to check availability before booking.

Surcharges apply based on notice given: 7-13 days: +15% | 3-6 days: +25% | Under 72 hours: +30-40% (subject to availability).

How does the ordering process work?

We will confirm availability, discuss your event details, flavour preferences, personalisation options, then send through a quote. Once you are happy to proceed, a 50% deposit secures your booking and we take it from there.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Final quantities and all order details are locked in 14 days before delivery. Before that window, most changes can be accommodated. After lock-in, quantity increases may be possible, however would be subjected to availability and revised pricing. Quantity decreased are not permitted once production is scheduled. Design or packaging changes after lock-in is also subjected to availability and may incur a fee of $50 or 10% of the order value, whichever is greater.

Are the cakes made fresh for each order?

Yes — every order is freshly prepared and made to order. We don't produce in advance or hold stock. Each batch is timed to arrive at your event at its very best, and we recommend consuming the cakes within 24–48 hours of delivery.

What flavours are available?

We offer two curated collections. The Timeless Collection features our foundational flavours — Vanilla Bean, Pandan Coconut, and Classic Chocolate — available year-round. The Atelier Collection is a seasonal, limited selection of more distinctive flavours, currently featuring Yuzu Matcha, Black Sesame, and Ube Coconut. Atelier flavours rotate seasonally to reflect inspiration and availability.

Can I mix flavours within one order?

Yes, a second or third flavour is available as an optional upgrade. Many couples love offering two or three flavours across their guest list. We can accommodate flavour mixing within your order — just let us know your preferred split when you enquire and we'll advise on what works best for your quantities.

Can I request a custom or bespoke flavour?

Custom flavour development is available as an optional upgrade. If you have a particular flavour in mind — something meaningful to you as a couple, or a flavour that suits your event theme — we'd love to discuss it. Custom development is quoted separately and requires additional lead time.

Can I do a tasting before I commit?

Yes — tasting sessions are available, and we'd encourage this for weddings or larger events where you want to feel confident in your flavour choices. Our tastings are usually done as a pre-order and opens once a month.

What is the difference between the Timeless and Atelier Collections?

The Timeless Collection consists of our three core flavours — elegant, familiar, and always available. The Atelier Collection is our premium seasonal range, crafted in limited batches and featuring more distinctive, layered flavour profiles. Atelier boxes are priced slightly higher to reflect the elevated ingredients and craft involved. Both collections are equally beautiful in presentation.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver across the Perth metropolitan area at a flat fee of $50. Regional deliveries outside the metro area are available subject to capacity and quoted individually based on distance, timing, and order size.

Can you deliver directly to my venue?

Yes — and this is our preferred arrangement for weddings and events. We'll coordinate directly with your venue on access times, bump-in windows, and storage requirements. Please ensure your venue team is aware of the delivery and that appropriate cool, dry storage is available on site.

How should the cakes be stored once delivered?

Boxes should be kept in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and heat. We recommend consuming within 24–48 hours of delivery for the best experience. We're not responsible for damage or structural changes resulting from improper storage after delivery.

Is self-collection available?

Collection may be available depending on your location and order size. Please mention this when you enquire and we'll confirm whether it's an option for your order.

What deposit is required to secure my booking?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your production date. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to delivery.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made within 14 days of the delivery date are non-refundable, as production time and materials will have already been allocated. Cancellations made prior to this window may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The deposit remains non-refundable in all circumstances.

Can I change my event date after booking?

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested as early as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate you, but this cannot be guaranteed during peak periods. Please get in touch as soon as you know a change is needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Our current menu is not specifically designed for dietary restrictions, however we encourage you to discuss your guests' needs with us at the time of enquiry. We'll always be transparent about what is and isn't possible for your order.

What allergens are present in your products?

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While every care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any known allergies or dietary concerns prior to booking.

Are your products suitable for guests with severe allergies?

We take allergen management seriously, however we are unable to guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination. For guests with severe or life-threatening allergies, we recommend consulting with us directly before placing an order so we can advise appropriately.

What personalisation is included as standard?

Every order includes a personalised event label featuring your names and event date, printed on an elegant standard label. This is included in the base price — no extra charge.

What personalisation upgrades are available?

We offer: colour-matched labels, ribbon finishes, individual guest names, fully custom label design, custom flavour development, and a rectangle box option. Customisation is quoted separately based on design complexity and chosen finishes.

Can the boxes match my wedding colour palette?

Absolutely. Colour-matched labels and a choice of label materials allow us to align the presentation with your aesthetic. Share your colour palette, mood board, or inspiration images and we'll work from there.

Can each box have an individual guest name?

Yes — individual guest names are available as a personalisation upgrade. This works beautifully for place setting arrangements or when paired with your seating plan. Let us know during the enquiry process and we'll include it in your quote.
